My Story Spot

Hero Poins is My new main character for my current stoy, The Island. She is 14 1/2 years old, with brown hair nd green eyes. She loves to read stories of adventure and survival. She is fed up with her city, Thankslot and her overly croweded house with 9 people living in a 2 bedroom building. She is a hard worker, working  random jobs 12 hours on weekends and 5 hours after school (with lots of off days).  She  is quiet in her junior high with 2 friends named Phenolithis and Variana who are the same age as hero.  Unfortunatly they can be hardly counted as friends. Hero is mostly by herself, doing homework or reading at lunch and at snack time. She dreams of owning and living on and island, away from cities with tons of people. Here is exactly how she said it in the story: She wished she could fly to an isalnd and be all by herself, like the people in books did, and not having to worry about otherpeople being rude, telling her what to do, and crowding her like a bird in a cage to where she couldn’t budge. She is terrified of the ocean. Absolutly 100% scared. With no airport on the island she wants to buy, she accepts the other transportation system. Sailing.

When she wants something, Hero makes sure she gets it. For example, when  a gaurd who was in her way of freedom of waiting to get her job as a sailor, threatened  to kill her, she stood her ground.  She even threatened to kill him

Hero Is creative in her own way. She uses her mind trickery, and bravery to her advantage. She is a kind character you would  want to be friends with.

Exerpt:

A girl stepped out onto the sidwalk, a book in her hands. She had just turned 14 1/2 that morning and had not cared. At all. Her family had just fussed over who would get breakfast or not, aacting as if the girl had not been sitting in her assigned chair, looking miserable.

“9 people in one house is not healthy at all” she had muttered under her breath, hoping her uncle, who was right next to her, had not heard.
